For those who wish to work with a particular issue, or to simply go deeper into your practice.

A one to one session is a unique opportunity to listen to the body in a held space, to cultivate compassion for your wounded parts, to work with practices that address imbalances in the body/mind, and to develop a home practice to support healing and growth.

My approach is informed by skills, techniques, insights gleaned through working with yoga, meditation, and other gentle non-invasive approaches to healing and harmonising the body, mind and nervous system. Sessions are collaborative and non-prescriptive, supporting a spirit of self-inquiry and self-understanding.

Each session is tailored to the client’s needs. Sessions are gentle, trauma informed, and inclusive of all body types.
